About Parlez
'Parlez' is the electronic bulletin of the Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments. The name is derived from the two official languages of the ASGP: from the French word for let's talk and from the English abbreviation of Parliamentary E-Zine (an e-zine is an electronic bulletin)
This e-bulletin aims to keep members informed about news and developments in relation to the ASGP. It will also include feature articles and other items of interest about the work of the ASGP and its members. Contributions, comments and questions are welcome and should be sent to the Joint Secretaries:
